What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping is free on all of our mirrors. Should you need to return a mirror for anything other than a manufacturing fault you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Hollywood Mirrors.net uses Stripe as a secure mechanism for payment. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express when using Stripe.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order has been confirmed we will dispatch from our UK based Distribution Centre within 2 working days. Your order should be with you within 3-5 working days.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
It is essential to us that your Online shopping is secure. To this end all of your details are processed in line with our privacy notice.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you have placed your order you will be directed to Stripe Checkout to process your payment. Once confirmation of your order is received your order will processed and sent out through one of our approved couriers. Orders are normally processed within 2 days and will be dispatched via express courier. Normally orders are delivered within 3-5 days.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will be sent an invoice for your order.
