Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING, HANDLING AND DELIVERIES
Once we have received your order and payment has been confirmed, it will be processed immediately. Our orders are shipped on a daily basis and you should receive your mirror within 3-4 working days. You will be notified by email or SMS message of the expected date and time of delivery.
Our nominated couriers are TNT.
You will be required to sign for the delivery and condition of the item(s). Once you have received your mirror, please open the package and inspect the item thoroughly to ensure it is in perfect condition. Any damages must be reported to Hollywoodmirrors.net by email, at info@hollywood-mirrors.ie within 24 hours of signing for the item. We also suggest that you retain the original packaging in case you should need to make a claim on the warranty. Please note you will not be able to make a claim on the warranty if the product is not in its original packaging.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and are able to return your goods subject to the following terms:
- Please retain all original packaging as this will be required to return your product or if you need to make a claim on your warranty.
- You may return your product if it is in perfect condition, within 14 days (at your expense).
- You must provide proof of purchase with your return.
- Damaged or soiled items will not be considered for refund. We will only consider products which are clean, dry and in ‘as new condition’ for a refund.
- For goods damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours by email at info@hollywood-mirrors.ie, with photos of the damage and the package or no exchange will be considered.
- Please despatch any products you are returning by traceable post, including the proof of purchase and the reason for exchange or refund.
- We will not be responsible for any returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit.
- When we receive your returned goods, provided they are in ‘as new condition’ we will refund the value of the product to the card with which original payment was made.
- We do not normally refund the cost of your return postage, unless the product was faulty or sent to you incorrectly due to an error on our part.
- We aim to action your refund within 2 working days.
- If an item is deemed faulty within the first 6 months you may choose to either have a refund or exchange, after 6 months we will only exchange.
- This returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights for returned goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Please download, print off and complete the attached returns form and delivery label (this is a 2 page document).

Please place the returns form in the box with your mirror and affix the delivery label to the outside of the box.
Your mirror must be returned in its original packaging for a refund or exchange to be considered.
When you return the product to us, please ensure you use a traceable service, as Hollywood Mirrors will not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
